Welcome to Kingwood Lacrosse Boys Program
Below is a list of the Boys Programs Grades K-8
Texas Trios
One-night a week league on Wednesdays will consist of an academy style practice led by expert coaches followed by a 3v3 game on a small-sided field.
The only required equipment is a mouth guard, athletic shoes, and a stick. Players new to our organization will receive a free stick.
Non-contact play means athletes will focus on their stick skills, strategy, and teamwork.
Our league is designed for players of all backgrounds and skill levels. Practices will focus on fundamentals that everyone from a beginner to a seasoned pro will benefit from. 3v3 action means kids will receive more touches and more opportunities to score.
Regular / Middle School Prep Program
The middle school feeder season consists of developmental practices and games designed to sharpen the skills of each player. All practices will take place at Healy Sportsplex with games being around the city. At this age the games are super sixes format.
- League runs from January - April
- Entire team participates in Texas Trios, included in registration
- Additional full pads practice during the week
- Games on weekend
Full equipment required: Helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, mouth guard, cup and sticks.
The Registration "Boys Programs" is not currently available.
Varsity Prep Program
5th and 6th grade boys of all experience levels will focus on developing stick skills, lacrosse IQ, and teamwork through dynamic practices and competitive games.
- League runs from January - April
- Optional participation in Texas Trios included in registration
- Practices TBD (2-3 days a week)
- Games on weekend
Full equipment required: Helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, mouth guard, cup and sticks.
